"Good coordination with my clinic"
My care team and Medtronic seemed to be on the same page which made the whole thing a lot less stressful. My clinic got what they needed and I didnt have to keep explaining things over and over or tracking people down.
There was a small wait for one callback but overall it all went smoothly. My provider seemed to know exactly where everything stood and that gave me a lot of confidence. I really appreciated how easy it felt.

I’ve been using my medtronic device for a while now, and it’s been really good for me. The setup took a little time, but I feel like that’s just how these things always go at first. Once I got past that, I haven’t had any real problems. Day to day, I feel a lot more confident having it, so overall I’m happy with it.

I mainly just focused on finding the thing I came for, and the site made that straightforward. I didn’t pay too much attention to every section, but the parts I used were easy to get around. A couple pages took an extra click or two, but nothing that really slowed me down. Overall, it worked fine for me.

"Most of the time, the data seems accurate..."
Most of the time, the data seems accurate and it syncs with my phone without much fuss, which I appreciate. Then out of nowhere the connection will drop for a bit and I get annoyed because I have to reopen the app. But usually it catches back up quickly, so I go from frustrated to relieved. It’s not perfect, but for everyday use, it’s still been really helpful

I did eventually get my device question answered, but it took longer than I expected. I also had to repeat the same info a couple of times, which was sorta frustrating. Overall, it was okay, just not the quickest experience.

The onboarding went really smoothly for me, which was such a relief. My trainer answered all my little questions quickly, even the ones I thought were probably silly. I feel like that’s a good sign, right?

"A little stressful at first, but they really helped"
I had a billing issue come up after my order and, i was kind of stressed and a little annoyed at first. Insurance stuff always makes my head spin. I did have to wait on hold for a bit, which wasn’t great, but once I got someone, they were really patient and walked me through everything. They explained what was covered, what I still owed, and when the statement would show up. By the end, I felt way more relieved. They got it handled the same day, and I really appreciated that.

"Decent site, but a little tricky to use"
I was able to find the info I needed on the Medtronic site, but honestly... it took me longer than I expected. Some of the menus felt a bit confusing, and a few pages seemed kind of crowded. It’s not a bad site at all! Just not the easiest to get around.

I checked out medtronic.com because I wanted to learn more about device safety, alerts, and what kinds of things I should keep an eye on.
it was easy to find what I needed. The safety info was laid out in a way that actually made sense, and the warnings and support steps didn’t feel overly technical or like they were written only for doctors.
It definitely made me feel more confident using the device and knowing where to go if something ever seems off. Really appreciated how straightforward it was. 5 stars from me.

I mean, for what I paid, it actually felt like a decent value. These days everything seems overpriced for no good reason, so it was kind of a relief to feel like I wasn’t getting completely ripped off.
